These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of flooring products and services ("Products") by Elegant Flooring Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to you ("Customer"). By purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information

2.1. The Company endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information on all Products. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Product descriptions, prices, or other content.

3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

3.2. Upon acceptance of an order, the Company will provide an order confirmation to the Customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Prices for Products are quoted in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

4.2. Payment terms are as specified in the order confirmation. Full payment must be received before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery and Installation

5.1. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet the delivery schedule.

5.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready for installation on the scheduled date. This includes removing existing flooring, furniture, and any obstructions.

5.3. Any additional costs incurred due to site not being ready for installation will be the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Inspection and Acceptance of Product

6.1. The Customer must inspect the Products upon delivery. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported to the Company within 48 hours of delivery.

6.2. If the Customer fails to inspect and report defects within this period, the Products will be deemed accepted.

7. Warranty

7.1. The Company warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one month from the date of installation.

7.2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or use.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1. All orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective, as detected on day of installation and agreed upon by Elegant Flooring Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and you ("Customer").

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Company's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Products shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products.

9.2. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Great Britain.

12. Amendments

12.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying the Customer.
